Court Victories:
A fabricated case has been dismissed—the Kyiv Court of Appeals fully overturned the verdict in a case involving grievous bodily injury resulting in death. Andriy Yosypov, Bohdan Zabara, and Vadym Kolokolnikov worked on the defense. Legitimacy of the Acting Prosecutor General in Question – The Kyiv District Administrative Court opened proceedings regarding the unlawful extension of Oleksiy Khomenko’s term of office. The case is being handled by Oleksandr Shadrin. Judge Hrechana vs. the High Council of Justice – The High Council of Justice did not uphold the judge’s allegations of interference but instead found that the case had been deliberately delayed.
