▪️ A fabricated case has been dismissed—the Kyiv Court of Appeals fully overturned the verdict in a case involving grievous bodily injury resulting in death. Andriy Yosypov, Bohdan Zabara, and Vadym Kolokolnikov worked on the defense.
▪️ Legitimacy of the Acting Prosecutor General in Question – The Kyiv District Administrative Court opened proceedings regarding the unlawful extension of Oleksiy Khomenko’s term of office. The case is being handled by Oleksandr Shadrin.
▪️ Judge Hrechana vs. the High Council of Justice – The High Council of Justice did not uphold the judge’s allegations of interference but instead found that the case had been deliberately delayed.
