A panel of judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeals, upon appeal filed by the barristers Elvira Lazarenko, Dmytro Zelenyuk, and Bohdan Zabara, overturned the ruling of the investigating judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv regarding the imposition of a preventive measure in the form of house arrest on the director of one of Dnipro’s municipal enterprises.

According to the ruling of the Kyiv Court of Appeals, thanks to the well-reasoned arguments presented by the attorneys, the prosecutor’s appeal was dismissed, and the suspect was subject to a preventive measure in the form of a personal undertaking.
