We were approached by a client who unexpectedly learned that his company’s bank accounts had been frozen. As it turned out, the Kyiv Commercial Court had issued a ruling ordering the collection of 700,000 hryvnias under a construction contract. However, the client did not receive proper notice of the proceedings and missed the deadline for filing an appeal.
