Members of the Odessa Legal Club filed a complaint with the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office regarding unlawful actions committed by activists

D.V. Ponomarenko, a partner at Barristers, LLC and a member of the Odessa Legal Club, initiated and drafted a statement requesting the entry of information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations regarding the attack on Judge I.G. Shepitko, and members of the Odessa Legal Club supported its submission to the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office with their signatures.

The conduct of the activists—members of the so-called “Odesa Regional Lustration Commission”—which manifested itself in the attack on Judge Ivan Grigorovich Shepitko of the Suvorovsky District Court of Odesa on April 19, 2018, is unacceptable and has caused a significant public outcry.
