The criminal case regarding “embezzlement at the State Enterprise ‘Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority’” has been closed!

At the very first preliminary hearing, the prosecutor failed to demonstrate the necessity of the pretrial investigation, which had lasted more than six years.
After six months of working on the case, our attorneys were able to identify numerous violations, gather substantial evidence, and formulate a legal position that allowed us to put an end to the unlawful criminal prosecution in the shortest possible time.
