Scientific Advisor to the Law Firm“BARRISTERS,” Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Mykola Pashkovsky participated in focus group discussions titled “Conducting Surveys of Participants in Court Proceedings Using Citizen Reporting Cards (CRC)” in Odesa (February 22, 2019) and in Mykolaiv (February 26, 2019).
The focus group discussions were held as part of the project “Survey of Participants in Court Proceedings Regarding Their Satisfaction with the Quality of Court Operations in the Odesa and Mykolaiv Regions,” with the participation of judges from local and appellate courts, court staff, representatives of the territorial offices of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, and sociological experts, with the aim of analyzing key issues in the study of the quality of court operations in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions using the citizen reporting cards (CRC) methodology.
Since February 15, 2019, the NGO “International Development Foundation” has been implementing the project “Survey of Participants in Court Proceedings Regarding Their Satisfaction with the Quality of Court Operations in the Odesa and Mykolaiv Regions” as part of international technical assistance provided by the “New Justice” Justice Sector Reform Program, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
