Today, at the Oleksandrivskyi Court in Zaporizhzhia, during the hearing on a motion filed by the prosecution, the prosecution succeeded in upholding its principled position—the court lifted the restriction requiring Dmytro Ryumshin to remain within his place of residence.

This decision finally allows the colonel to resume his duties in his designated position and fully serve his country.

At the same time, the court referred the indictment to the Supreme Court (via the appellate court) to determine jurisdiction, effectively transferring the case to the Pechersk Court. Two previous attempts to recuse the court indicated a desire to distance itself from the case, so this decision appears to be a logical continuation of that approach.

As a reminder, the defense in this case is being handled by a team from Barristers, represented by partner Andriy Yosypov and attorney Bohdan Zabara.
