The third session of the 10th Kyiv Criminal Law Forum will be dedicated to a review of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s activities over the past year, and Andriy Levkovets, a partner and attorney at Barristers Law Firm, will speak at the event.

- The application of Article 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine when entering into plea agreements for corruption offenses. The practice of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
- A lawyer’s perspective: violations of the right to a fair trial during proceedings before the High Anti-Corruption Court.
- The application of the principle of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt by HACC judges.
- The relationship between the attorney and the court during proceedings before the High Anti-Corruption Court.
- Legal aspects of seizing third-party property.
