Denis Ponomarenko, a partner and attorney at Barristers Law Firm, successfully defended his client’s rights in criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Following the review of the prosecutor’s appeal against the acquittal handed down by the Central District Court of Mykolaiv on June 25, 2020,  the Kherson Court of Appeals upheld the aforementioned verdict in the case under Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and denied the prosecutor’s appeal.
