From August 10–13, Legal High School will host a module titled “Anti-Corruption Defense.” During the course, you will learn about the challenges of classifying acts as corruption crimes, typical violations that occur during high-profile arrests and their consequences, and become familiar with the specifics of case proceedings before the High Anti-Corruption Court, as well as various aspects of non-criminal liability for official and occupational offenses. Upon accreditation by the National Bar Association of Ukraine, you will be eligible to receive 8 continuing legal education credits.
