The “Barristers” Law Firm offers the legal community an innovative scientific and practical resource: the case law of the Supreme Court (which includes the case law of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, the Administrative Court of Cassation, the Civil Court of Cassation, the Cassation Commercial Court, and the Cassation Criminal Court), systematized according to the articles of the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and the Practice of Law.” For virtually every article of the Law, legal positions on the relevant issue—as set forth in the rulings of the Supreme Court for each jurisdiction—are presented in both subject-matter (by jurisdiction) and chronological order. Each legal position is accompanied by a QR code that allows you to instantly access the full text of the relevant court decision. The Supreme Court’s case law is current as of July 1, 2020.
