Yuriy Radzievsky, a partner at Barristers, and Vitaliy Chayun, an attorney at Barristers, participated in a roundtable discussion organized by the Association of Manufacturers of Arms and Military Equipment of Ukraine, dedicated to the topic of unlawful pressure on businesses by law enforcement agencies.
Unfortunately, this issue remains extremely relevant—even in the defense sector during wartime.
We thoroughly enjoyed the event and had the opportunity to speak candidly with industry representatives about their problems and challenges.
