Today, November 5, the Kyiv Court of Appeals overturned yet another unlawful ruling by the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv—specifically, the ruling imposing round-the-clock house arrest on Dmytro Zagumenny, Chief of Staff of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

As a reminder, yesterday the Kyiv Court of Appeals overturned the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv’s decision to suspend Dmytro Zagumenny, Chief of Staff of the Kyiv City State Administration, from his post until November 28 of this year. Today’s decision to overturn the house arrest is another step toward justice.

What’s next? Our team continues to work on the case, and our goal remains unchanged—the complete and uncompromising exoneration of Dmytro Zagumenny from baseless and unfounded charges.

We are confident that the truth is on our side.
