PARTNERS, ATTORNEYS, AND ATTORNEY ASSISTANTS AT BARRISTERS, LLC PARTICIPATED IN THE SECOND SOUTHERN UKRAINE FORUM “BUSINESS PROTECTION 2019.”

The forum addressed issues related to raider attacks, the loss of control over a company and its assets, practices in criminal proceedings concerning raider attacks, and the Supreme Court’s position.

Denis Ponomarenko, partner and attorney at BARRISTERS Law Firm, moderated the first session “Anti-Raider Business Protection” and also spoke to forum participants about the specifics of investigating criminal offenses related to raiding, as well as the positive and negative aspects of Ukrainian law enforcement activities.

The law firm “Barristers” served as the general partner of the Second South Ukrainian Forum “BUSINESS PROTECTION 2019.”
