Sanctions against Ukrainian citizens: what lawmakers are saying and whether sanctions will replace criminal proceedings—this was the focus of a presentation by Ilya Novikov, a partner at the Barristers Law Firm, at the Third “Business vs. Sanctions” Conference on June 19.
