Key points of the commentary:

• During the service of the notice of suspicion on April 17, 2025, in Ivano-Frankivsk, a National Police investigator photographed the proceedings on his personal phone. According to Yuriy Radzievsky, these photos appeared in the media just one hour after the notice was served—without Prokopiv’s consent and without any legal basis.
  
• The SBU website published false information claiming that Mr. Prokopiv allegedly organized “evasion schemes” and smuggled more than 30 people across the border under the guise of tanker truck drivers. However, this contradicts the written notice of suspicion and the materials of the criminal case. All the drivers, with the exception of one person, returned, and all of them were actually transporting fuel during the 2022 fuel crisis.
  
• The materials of the criminal case confirm that the individuals mentioned worked as fuel truck drivers and ensured critically important supplies. There are no “evasion schemes” mentioned in the charges. The information on the SBU website is misleading.
