An investigating judge of the Kherson City Court in Kherson Oblast granted the appeal filed by Alexander Shadrin, a partner and attorney at Barristers Law Firm, and overturned the notice of suspicion in the criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
