Thanks to the efforts of our partner, Alexander Shadrin, an attorney at Barristers Law Firm, on January 14, 2020, the investigating judge of the Svyatoshinsky District Court of rejected the investigator’s motion to extend the pretrial measure in the form of detention and imposed a pretrial measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest.
