The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv denied the prosecutor’s motion to extend the period of pretrial detention with bail set at 35 million hryvnias and placed our client under round-the-clock house arrest.
The State Bureau of Investigations is conducting a pretrial investigation into alleged abuses in the supply of FPV drones, quadcopters, and other specialized military equipment.
We consider the allegations to be unfounded and unproven and are continuing to gather evidence to completely refute the prosecution’s case.
