On October 15, 2025, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv denied the investigator’s motion to suspend the head of one of the structural units of the municipal organization “KYIVMEDSPECTRANS” from office on the grounds that it was unfounded.

It should be noted that the court had previously also refused to impose any preventive measure against the aforementioned individual in this criminal proceeding.

According to the pre-trial investigation authority, officials of the aforementioned municipal organization, acting in collusion with representatives of a business entity, purchased goods and materials at inflated prices totaling approximately 2 million hryvnias, thereby committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
