• Since 2023 – Chair of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure at the Odesa Regional Bar Association;
• From 2017 to 2021 – Chair of the Odesa Branch of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Association of Lawyers of Ukraine.”
• 2017. Became a partner at the “Barristers” Law Firm;
• October 2016: Organized and co-founded the “Ponomarenko & Partners” Law Firm. At the same time, he was elected Chair (Managing Partner) of the “Ponomarenko & Partners” Law Firm by a vote of the Partners’ Council;
• 2010. Passed the bar exam and received Certificate No. 1961 authorizing him to practice law, dated November 30, 2010;
• June 2007. He organized and became a co-founder of the law firm “Prime Juris.” At the same time, he was elected Managing Partner of the law firm “Prime Juris” by the Partners’ Council and held this position until August 2016;

Denys Ponomarenko was born on February 27, 1986. In 2008 received a master's degree in law with honors from Odesa National Law Academy (today - National University "Odesa Law Academy"). Since 2018, it has become graduate student of the Department of Criminal Procedure of the National University "Odesa Law Academy". Already in 2006-2007 years worked at the law firm "Yurline".
In 2007, he organized and co-founded a law firm of the firm "Prime Juris". In 2010, he took the exam and received it a certificate of the right to engage in advocacy. In 2016, he organized and became a co-founder of the bar Association "Ponomarenko and Partners".
Since the beginning of 2017, he became a partner of the law firm association "Barristers".
