On December 4, 2020, Iryna Hlovyuk, Ph.D. in Law, Professor, attorney, and scientific advisor at Barristers Law Firm, Iryna Hlovyuk participated online in the 9th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Seminar “Theoretical and Practical Issues in the Development of Criminal Law and Procedure.”

The seminar was organized by King Danylo University and the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Branch of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Criminal Law Association.”

Iryna Hlovyuk addressed problematic issues in criminal proceedings concerning criminal misdemeanors.

Oleksiy Horokh—Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, attorney, and faculty member in the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy—discussed issues related to the draft of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine.
