On August 29, 2025, the Yosyp Lvovych Bronz Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure will take place, launched at the initiative of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure of the Odesa Regional Bar Association.

The event continues the fine tradition of an annual professional discussion involving attorneys, scholars, judges, and representatives of law enforcement agencies. The focus will be on current issues in criminal procedure, legislation, and judicial practice.

The Chair of the Odessa Regional Bar Association’s Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure—Denys Ponomarenko, an attorney and partner at Barristers Law Firm—is one of the forum’s initiators and driving forces.
