The Administrative Chamber of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine overturned the decision to freeze funds in the case of Mykhailo Golovko

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) today issued a ruling in the case of Mykhailo Holovko, in which it found that the seizure of the suspect’s funds was unlawful.
The court ordered that the seized funds be returned, as they are irrelevant to the criminal proceedings.
