Legislation
A roundtable discussion was held on “Combat Immunity”—participants discussed key issues, including the lack of a clear definition of the term and the risks of criminal liability for military personnel in combat situations.
Publications
Barristers’ attorneys are actively covering current issues: circumvention of sanctions, the export of paintings abroad, ARMA reform, and problems with judicial oversight during the pre-trial investigation stage.
Litigation
The Barristers team represented Petro Poroshenko in the case against Volodymyr Zelenskyy and successfully secured a reduction in bail in the case of Dmytro Ryumshyn. We continue to fight for our clients’ rights in court proceedings.
