The Barristers legal team has secured yet another acquittal

Barristers’ client was charged with committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code—misappropriation of another person’s property committed by a group of individuals acting in concert.
The criminal proceedings lasted more than two years. 
On the eve of the court hearings, the prosecutor amended the charges to Part 2 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 
Thanks to the diligent work of the attorneys, following the conclusion of the criminal proceedings, on October 25, 2023, the court issued a verdict acquitting the Barristers client.
The case was handled by a team consisting of Barristers partner Elvira Lazarenko and attorneys Mykhailo Yakovchuk and Ivanna Chernyi.
