THE "BARRISTERS" TEAM RECEIVED ANOTHER ACQUITTAL

On October 9, 2023, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv issued an acquittal in the case against Serhii Kraichynskyi, the former head of the Division for the Enforcement of Judgments within the Department of the State Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. 
As a result of the trial, it was proven that his actions did not constitute a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Abuse of Power or Official Position Resulting in Serious Consequences).
