Yesterday, in the appellate court, we identified and brought this fact to light; instead of immediately releasing the individual, the appellate court adjourned the hearing without allowing the defense attorneys to defend their client’s rights during the court session.

Most likely, Judge Viktorovich N.Y. will today somehow draft the text of the ruling and “tailor” its paragraphs to match the “Word draft,” which has been filed in the case materials without the required details.
