Denial of the request to impose pretrial detention as a preventive measure against Administrative Court of Appeal Judge Vyacheslav Dzyubin!

The High Anti-Corruption Court denied the request to impose pretrial detention on a judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeals.
Following a hearing on the motion filed by a prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, the investigating judge concluded that the motion to remand Kyiv Court of Appeal Judge Vyacheslav DZYUBIN in custody should be denied, instead imposing a pretrial measure in the form of bail without restriction of liberty.
We congratulate Barristers partner Oleksandr Tananakin and our colleagues at Legal Guaranties—Oleksandr Scherbyna, Iryna Bovnegra, and Oleg Yurchenko—on this positive outcome.
The full text of the court’s decision will be announced on December 25, 2023, at 3:20 p.m.
